stethoscope tubing by Piper Plastics Corp.Over the years, we’ve used thermoplastic processing techniques to make a wide variety of products—from medical-grade nasal cannula to watertight electrical fittings and heavy-duty items for the military. But before these products can become a reality, they start out as ideas in the minds of our customers.

Before we start dip molding, we work closely with our customers to understand their needs so we can design products that perfectly meet their specifications. Once we’ve completed the initial design, each product undergoes a thorough prototyping and refinement phase to work out any kinks and make sure it’s ready for production.

Once production begins, we’re able to maintain a close working relationship with our customers thanks to our ISO-certified quality assurance system. This way, we can respond quickly to issues and make changes to the production process as needed.
